Little Dragons Class: 

For ages 6-12, this class is structured to teach your child about Karate and its usefulness while also teaching them important core values like honor, patience, empathy, and many more. We also teach good hand eye coordination training and help your child to build confidence as they approach the next part of life.

For ages 12-18, this Karate class is to teach your children how to properly and effectively defend themselves from most encounters they will experience in school or out away. This class is all about helping your child build their mind, body, and confidence for anything that comes their way.

Adult Class:

For adults ages 18 and up, in this class you will learn how to defend yourself in all scenarios surrounding school, work, home, and social life. Here you will learn all aspects of Karate and how it relates to you best, you will learn to transform your mind and body in whichever way you see fit. You will learn hand to hand, ground, and weaponry combat.
